Shiloh, the daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, remains highly focused and committed to her passion for dancing, even as she seeks to legally remove “Pitt” from her surname. Known for being in the public eye due to her famous parents, Shiloh is now making a name for herself as a dedicated dancer.
A still image from Shiloh Jolie-Pitt’s dance video on YouTube shows her dedication and skill. Her choreographer, Kolanie Marks, shared with People on July 26 that he has been working with Shiloh for a couple of years. “My style is quite challenging for many, but she has devoted herself to mastering it,” he said.
Training at the Millennium Dance Complex in Los Angeles, Shiloh has impressed Kolanie with her hard work and dedication. Despite her celebrity status, their sessions focus solely on dance. “We don’t discuss her famous background; it’s all about the dancing,” Kolanie explained.
On July 3, Kolanie posted an appreciation message for Shiloh on Instagram, expressing admiration for her perseverance. “I’ve spent more time with her than anyone else I’m training in LA. She never gives up, and those who do push through the intensity experience my true teaching abilities.”
In addition to her dance endeavors, Shiloh, now 18, has filed a petition to drop “Pitt” from her last name. While the reasons behind this decision are not entirely clear, her attorney, Peter Levine, mentioned that there were some “painful events.” He also clarified that Shiloh did not place an advertisement announcing her name change, but fulfilled the legal requirement to publish a notice in the Los Angeles Times.
