Ingredients for Salami Omelette:
- 2 eggs
- 2 pieces of chicken/pork salami
- 2 tsp butter
- Cheese cube
- Salt and black pepper, as per taste
- Chilli flakes and mixed herbs
- Cherry tomato, to garnish (optional)
How to Make Salami Omelette:
- Heat butter in a pan and place four pieces of salami on it.
- Meanwhile, whisk two eggs with salt.
- After a minute or two, add the whisked eggs and cook on low-medium flame.
- After two-three minutes, grate the cheese and add on the egg.
- Sprinkle black salt, chilli flake and mixed herbs.
- Fold the eggs and cook for a minute.
- Serve hot with toasted breads.
- If you have cherry tomatoes, roast them in some oil and add to the omelette. Drizzle the tomato oil for added flavors.
