Ingredients
1-2 Tbsp Garlic Ghee
1 Bowl Pasta
Chopped Vegetables (as required)
1/2-1/4 tsp Chili Peppers
1 tbsp Dried Basil
1 tbsp Dried Parsley
1 tbsp Dried Oregano
2 tsp Dried Thyme
1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Cheese (for grating)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in lightly salted water with a bit of oil or Garlic Ghee to prevent sticking. Once cooked, drain the water and set the pasta aside in a bowl.
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat the Garlic Ghee over medium-low heat.
- Chop the vegetables into small bite-sized pieces as needed and add them to the skillet. Stir and cook until they are properly cooked. Add salt during cooking, being mindful that the pasta was boiled in salted water.
- Add the pasta to the skillet and season with dried herbs and pepper. Toss well to combine and let it rest for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Grate cheese over the pasta. Your tasty veggie pasta is now ready to serve.
