  • 25g pistachios (pista, chopped)
  • 25g cashew nuts (kaju, chopped)
  • 25g jaggery (gur, finely grated)

Step-by-Step Method to Prepare Seviyon Ka Muzaffar

1. Roasting the Vermicelli:

  • Heat ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan on a low flame.
  • Add crushed sewaiyan and roast until they turn golden brown.
  • Toss in the chopped dry fruits and sauté for another few minutes to enhance the flavors.

2. Preparing the Khoya Mixture:

  • In a separate pan, lightly roast the khoya on a low flame until it releases a rich aroma.

3. Making the Sugar Syrup:

  • In another pan, combine sugar and water and cook until it forms a light syrup.
  • Add milk to the roasted sewaiyan mixture, stirring continuously. Let it simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes.

4. Adding Sweetness and Flavor:

  • Stir in the jaggery until fully dissolved.
  • Pour the prepared sugar syrup into the sewaiyan mixture and allow it to cook for another 5-7 minutes, ensuring all flavors are well absorbed.

5. Final Touch & Serving:

  • Once the vermicelli dessert reaches a rich and creamy consistency, remove it from heat.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with finely chopped dry fruits for a delightful finishing touch.
