  • Poha – 60g
  • Peas – 50g
  • Paneer – 50g
  • Onion, finely chopped – 25g
  • Carrot, grated – 20g
  • Green chili – 1
  • Bengal Gram flour – 25g
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves – 1-2 sprigs
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Chaat masala – ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Cooking oil – 10ml

Method:

  1. Soak the poha in water for a few minutes and drain the excess water. Place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash the peas gently and add them to the poha.
  3. Add the grated carrot, finely chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, and sesame seeds. Toss everything together.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, chaat masala, and coriander powder.
  5. For binding, add Bengal gram flour and mix well.

  7. Heat oil in a pan and toast the heart-shaped cutlets until they are golden brown and crispy.
