CMF by Nothing is set to unveil the highly anticipated CMF Buds 2 on April 28, and ahead of the launch, the company has teased the design and colour options for the new true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds. The CMF Buds 2 are expected to bring familiar features from the CMF Buds Pro 2, including the Smart Dial, but with some new design tweaks.
The design of the CMF Buds 2 will closely resemble the CMF Buds Pro 2, featuring the same signature ‘CMF by Nothing’ branding on the earbuds’ case, USB Type-C charging port on the rear, and LED indicator on the front. The TWS case design remains largely unchanged, with the earbuds placed in a similar arrangement inside the case. However, there are subtle differences, such as the Smart Dial, which now may be encased in a transparent material, unlike the solid material used in the previous model. The dial also features two holes for attaching a lanyard, which suggests that a lanyard could be included in the box with the new earbuds.
In terms of colour options, CMF by Nothing is expected to offer the Buds 2 in three shades: black, orange, and a fresh light green variant. While black and orange were featured with last year’s Buds Pro 2, the light green option is a new addition, giving customers a wider variety of choices.
The CMF Buds 2 will be launched alongside other TWS products from the company, including the CMF Buds 2a and Buds 2 Plus. Additionally, the CMF Phone 2 Pro is also set to debut at the same event, making it an exciting day for tech enthusiasts.
