The 3,500-square-foot dream home, situated in a historic pre-war building, includes three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Cohen purchased the property in 2003 and meticulously combined it with three adjacent units to create his ideal living space.
Ryan Serhant, a friend of Cohen, is handling the listing. Serhant, a renowned real estate agent, recognized the apartment’s uniqueness the moment he saw it. He has described the property as a rare gem that is both beautiful and functional, with ample storage space, a rarity in West Village. Serhant expressed his excitement about selling such an exceptional residence, calling it a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for potential buyers.
