Andy Cohen is parting with his luxurious duplex in West Village, now available for $14 million. The stylish 3,500-square-foot apartment is being listed by Ryan Serhant, known for his high-profile clientele and appearances on “Million Dollar Listing New York.” This upscale city living space features abundant natural light and a chic interior, making it a prime example of elegance.
Andy Cohen, the iconic Bravo star, has decided to sell his beloved West Village duplex after two decades of ownership. The 3,500-square-foot dream home, situated in a historic pre-war building, includes three bedrooms and four bathrooms. Cohen purchased the property in 2003 and meticulously combined it with three adjacent units to create his ideal living space.
Ryan Serhant, a friend of Cohen, is handling the listing. Serhant, a renowned real estate agent, recognized the apartment’s uniqueness the moment he saw it. He has described the property as a rare gem that is both beautiful and functional, with ample storage space, a rarity in West Village. Serhant expressed his excitement about selling such an exceptional residence, calling it a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for potential buyers.
During the pandemic in 2020, Cohen was nearly finished with major renovations on the duplex. The property has hosted celebrities like Madonna, Sarah Jessica Parker, John Mayer, and Kelly Ripa. Although large gatherings were paused during the pandemic, Cohen and Serhant bonded over their children.
Cohen collaborated with interior designer Eric Hughes and architect Gordon Kahn to perfect the duplex. While it is not officially listed yet, the market is eagerly anticipating its availability in September.
