One of Dubai’s most iconic resorts has introduced a special community initiative offering free access to two of its most popular attractions for a limited period. Visitors and residents in Dubai can now enjoy complimentary entry to Aquaventure World and Lost World Aquarium at Atlantis The Palm.
The resort announced that a limited number of free tickets will be available each day from Tuesday March 10 until Sunday March 22. Guests can reserve up to four complimentary tickets per booking, giving families and groups an opportunity to enjoy the attractions together.
The offer arrives just as schools in the emirate begin their spring break earlier than expected. The holiday period runs until the same date that the free ticket promotion ends, making it an ideal outing for families looking for activities during the break.
Visitors who secure tickets will be able to explore the newly upgraded aquarium, which was previously known as Lost Chambers Aquarium. The attraction now features 14 immersive and interactive rooms where guests can discover marine life and underwater environments.
In addition to the aquarium experience, guests can also spend time at Aquaventure World once weather conditions improve. The destination is widely recognised as one of the largest waterparks in the world and also features a private beach stretching around one kilometre along Palm Jumeirah.
According to Sascha Triemer, General Manager and Vice President of Aquaventure World at Atlantis Dubai, the initiative is meant to give residents and visitors a chance to relax and enjoy memorable moments during a challenging regional period. He noted that providing small moments of joy for the community is an important part of the resort’s commitment to Dubai.
How to Claim Free Aquaventure Tickets
The complimentary tickets must be reserved online before arriving at the attractions. Tickets will not be sold or issued at the entrance gates. During the reservation process, visitors will need to provide their contact details along with credit card information, which will only be used to confirm the booking and not for payment.
The free tickets are intended strictly for personal use and cannot be resold or transferred to others. Guests who want to book additional activities or visit outside the promotional dates can still purchase regular tickets through the attraction’s official booking platform.
