The herb is known for boosting immunity, supporting lung function, and improving gut health, helping you start the day calm and balanced.

Giloy – Amrita

Giloy, often called the “root of immortality,” strengthens immunity and helps fight fevers. Dr Chopra suggests taking one or two teaspoons of giloy juice or a tablet on an empty stomach in the morning to maintain robust immunity throughout the day.

Moringa – Drumstick Tree

Moringa is rich in iron, calcium, protein, and antioxidants, earning the label of a “nutritional bomb.” It can be added to smoothies, mixed in warm water, or taken as capsules during the morning or afternoon to boost energy, focus, and vitality naturally.

Ashwagandha – Stress Reliever

Known as nature’s stress buster, ashwagandha helps regulate hormones, reduce anxiety, and increase stamina. Dr Chopra advises mixing a teaspoon of powder or 300–600 mg of extract into warm water or milk at night to promote better sleep, stress relief, and overall wellness.

Turmeric – Haldi

Turmeric, the golden healer, is a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. Adding half a teaspoon to warm milk before bedtime or incorporating it into daily cooking helps fight inflammation, improve immunity, and support deep sleep and recovery.

Triphala – Gut Cleanser

Triphala, meaning “three fruits,” is celebrated for its detoxifying and digestive properties. Dr Chopra recommends dissolving a teaspoon of powder in warm water or taking a tablet at night to cleanse the gut and aid natural detoxification during sleep.
