Dubai is preparing for another world record-breaking moment with the grand opening of Ciel Dubai Marina, set for November 2025. Rising to an extraordinary 377 meters, this architectural marvel will surpass the Gevora Hotel to become the tallest hotel on the planet. Operated under the Vignette Collection by InterContinental Hotels Group, the luxury property is already accepting bookings from November 15, 2025.

Standing tall with 82 floors and 1,004 stylish rooms, Ciel Dubai Marina is designed to offer guests an unmatched hospitality experience. Managed by The First Group Hospitality, the tower places visitors at the heart of Dubai Marina, surrounded by iconic shopping destinations, pristine beaches, and vibrant attractions.

Room prices start at AED 2,400 per night for a deluxe suite and go up to AED 4,305 for a premium three-person suite with exclusive high-floor lounge access. Beyond accommodation, the hotel sets new benchmarks in luxury with a 360-degree glass observation deck, a rooftop infinity pool, and a sky bar overlooking Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf.

Ciel Dubai Marina will also achieve additional Guinness World Records by featuring the highest infinity pool in the world and the highest club. The award-winning Asian fine-dining concept, Tattu Dubai, will span three levels, with its restaurant on the 74th floor, the sky pool on the 76th floor, and the sky lounge on the 81st floor.

The dining offerings extend further with Risen Café and Artisanal Bakery bringing freshly baked goods, West 13 delivering Mediterranean favorites with handmade pasta and mezze, and East 14 serving flavors of East Asia with live sushi counters, dim sum, curries, and noodle stations.

For wellness and relaxation, the luxury spa on the 61st floor promises rejuvenating treatments with breathtaking skyline views, while fitness enthusiasts can access a 24/7 state-of-the-art gym. Guests will also enjoy complimentary transfers to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah. Business travelers are catered for at Nest, the executive lounge on the 16th floor, which features cutting-edge meeting spaces and panoramic city views.

Rob Burns, CEO of The First Group, shared: “Ciel Dubai Marina is a landmark project redefining luxury and innovation in hospitality. With its record-breaking height, stunning design, and unmatched amenities, this tower embodies Dubai’s vision of being a global tourism and business hub.”

With its opening in November 2025, Ciel Dubai Marina promises to elevate Dubai’s reputation as the ultimate destination for luxury travel, fine dining, and world-class experiences.
