Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken thighs, 500 ml buttermilk, 30 g dry oregano, 30 g smoked paprika, 300 g Cajun spice, 50 g garlic powder, 50 g sugar, 30 g salt - For Dredging:
250 g flour, 30 g dry oregano, 30 g smoked paprika, 300 g Cajun spice, 50 g garlic powder, salt to taste - For Assembly:
100 g garlic mayo, 4 toasted burger buns, half shredded iceberg lettuce, 4 sliced gherkins
Steps to Make Fried Chicken Burger:
