Harbour who plays Chief Jim Hopper has long been applauded for portraying a protective bond with Eleven played by Millie Bobby Brown. However international media outlets now claim the dynamic off-screen may not mirror the same warmth.
According to reports cited by Daily Mail and Radar Online Brown has submitted a formal complaint accusing Harbour of inappropriate workplace behavior including bullying and harassment during production of the final season. The alleged complaint reportedly contained extensive documentation prompting an internal review on set. Brown was also said to have a personal representative present during filming for added comfort.
