Ingredients:
- 10 pre-made chocolate cookies
- 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- 50 grams of red cherries
- 1 medium cup of optional red cherry syrup (readymade)
Instructions:
- Separate each chocolate cookie, placing them on a pan with the insides facing up. Remove the inside filling.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, place one scoop or 1 ½ tablespoons of ice cream on half of the cookies.
- Cover each ice cream scoop with another cookie.
- Add chopped red cherries or drizzle cherry syrup over the ice cream. Press down slightly to ensure the ice cream reaches the edge of the cookie.
- Cover and freeze the ice cream sandwiches for 1 hour, or until the ice cream is firm.
- Serve the choco cookie ice cream sandwiches with a cherry on top.
