- 1 cup jowar flour
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste

Instructions for Making Jowar Pizza:
- Start by taking a large mixing bowl suitable for kneading dough. Combine all the dry ingredients and gradually add lukewarm water and a bit of oil to knead the dough until smooth.
- Place the dough in a frying pan (off heat) and stretch it to cover the entire base, giving it a good shape and texture.
- Prick the base all over with a fork. Rub some oil on top and cook, covered, for 5-6 minutes over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low and flip the base.
