  • 400 g chicken curry
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 80 g gongura leaves
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp oil

  2. Allow the mixture to cool, then grind it into a smooth paste. Heat oil in a kadhai over low-medium flame.
  3. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Incorporate haldi, coriander powder, jeera, and ginger-garlic paste, frying for a few seconds.
