Paneer Schezwan Bread Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
- 250 grams of crumbled paneer
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/2 cup of chopped capsicum
- 2 tablespoons of Schezwan sauce
- 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons of oil
- Salt to taste
- Coriander leaves for garnish
- 5-6 bread slices
- Oil for frying
- Water as required
Method:
- Start by making the filling. Heat oil in a pan, add the ginger-garlic paste, and sauté for a few seconds. Then, add the chopped onions and capsicum and mix well.
- Add the crumbled paneer along with the soy sauce, Schezwan sauce, and salt. Stir well and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and set aside.
- Trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten them using a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a bread slice, cover with another slice, and seal the edges with water.
- Shallow-fry the rolls until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy!
