FIX Dessert Chocolatier, often hailed as the original Dubai chocolate sensation, has unveiled an exciting new addition to its innovative lineup—introducing “Time to Mango,” a vibrant tropical-inspired white chocolate bar featuring mango, passionfruit, and popping candy. The new creation is the latest in a series of flavourful inventions by the brand, which has already made waves globally with its pistachio and kunafa-infused bars.
The highly anticipated “Time to Mango” bar was revealed during a pop-up event held at the Mall of the Emirates from June 13 to June 15. Running from 10 AM to midnight each day, the launch celebration drew large crowds eager to experience the latest indulgence. Attendees enjoyed a carnival-like experience with a complimentary cotton candy machine, interactive games with prizes, and the opportunity to purchase all existing FIX chocolate flavours.
Starting June 16, the new flavour will be exclusively available on Deliveroo across Dubai, priced at Dhs72.25. The pop-up not only highlighted the creativity behind the new bar but also reinforced FIX Dessert Chocolatier’s place as a trendsetter in Dubai’s gourmet dessert scene.
Sarah Hamouda, Co-Founder of FIX Dessert Chocolatier, shared insight into the inspiration behind “Time to Mango.” She explained that the brand focuses on developing each chocolate bar as a complete sensory journey—from the visual appeal and texture to the unfolding taste experience with every bite. “What makes ‘Time to Mango’ special is how each moment of enjoying it transforms—from the crisp snap of white chocolate to the tangy fruit center and the playful burst of popping candy,” Hamouda said.
This launch comes on the heels of another exciting milestone for FIX, as the brand recently reopened its kiosk at Dubai International Airport in May, serving global travelers with its signature bars all summer long.
FIX Dessert Chocolatier continues to push the boundaries of flavour, merging nostalgic comfort with bold modern twists, and “Time to Mango” is its freshest take on indulgence yet.
