Emirates has announced a limited schedule of international services operating from Dubai as air travel gradually resumes following the partial reopening of UAE airspace. The airline confirmed that a number of commercial flights are now operating from Dubai International Airport while the situation continues to be monitored by aviation authorities.

According to the latest operational update released on Friday March 6 the airline is currently running flights to 82 destinations around the world across multiple regions including Europe Asia the Americas Africa and the Middle East. These services form part of a temporary and carefully managed flight schedule for Thursday March 5 and Friday March 6.

The partial reopening of UAE airspace has allowed airlines to restart a limited number of commercial flights arriving and departing from DXB. Emirates explained that passengers may book available flights depending on seat availability but those with earlier confirmed bookings will be given priority.

Airline officials have also emphasised that travellers should only proceed to the airport if they have a confirmed reservation or have been contacted directly by Emirates regarding their specific flight.

The destinations currently included in the schedule cover a wide global network. In Africa the airline is operating routes to cities including Abidjan Accra Cape Town Harare Johannesburg Lusaka and Nairobi. Across the Americas flights are scheduled for Chicago Dallas Fort Worth Mexico City New York Newark via Athens San Francisco Sao Paulo and Toronto.

European services include Amsterdam Athens Barcelona Birmingham Budapest Dublin Düsseldorf Edinburgh Frankfurt Hamburg Istanbul Lisbon London Gatwick London Heathrow Madrid Manchester Milan Moscow Munich Paris Prague Rome St Petersburg Vienna Warsaw and Zurich.

Within the Middle East and North Africa the airline continues operations to Cairo Casablanca Jeddah and Medina.

Routes across Asia and Australasia include major travel hubs such as Auckland Bali Bangkok Beijing Christchurch via Sydney Guangzhou Tokyo Haneda Hanoi Ho Chi Minh City Hong Kong Jakarta Kuala Lumpur Manila Melbourne Perth Phuket Seoul Shanghai Siem Reap via Bangkok Singapore Sydney and Taipei.

Flights are also operating across West Asia and the Indian Ocean region with destinations including Ahmedabad Bengaluru Chennai Colombo Delhi Dhaka Hyderabad Islamabad Karachi Kochi Lahore Male Mauritius Mumbai and Thiruvananthapuram.

Emirates has advised travellers to regularly check the airline’s official updates because schedules may change depending on regional developments and aviation regulations.

Passengers who had existing bookings during the recent disruption period also have flexible options. Customers scheduled to travel between February 28 and March 31 can rebook their journeys on another flight before April 30 depending on seat availability. Alternatively passengers may request a ticket refund if they choose not to travel.

Airline representatives highlighted that the safety of passengers and crew continues to remain the airline’s highest priority as operations gradually stabilise.
