Dubai’s much-loved family attraction Global Village has officially confirmed updated opening times for Ramadan giving visitors more flexibility to enjoy the park after sunset. During the holy month Global Village will open later in the day welcoming guests from 5pm and keeping its gates open well into the night.

Throughout Ramadan the destination will operate until 1am from Sunday to Wednesday while extended hours until 2am will apply from Thursday to Saturday allowing families and friends to enjoy relaxed evenings together. The schedule has been adjusted to align with the spirit of Ramadan when many prefer to head out after iftar and late at night.

Ramadan which began on Wednesday February 18 is expected to continue until Thursday March 19 followed by the first day of Eid Al Fitr on Friday March 20. During this period Global Village will embrace the festive atmosphere with special cultural programming and experiences.

A key highlight this season is Multaqa Global Village a complimentary tent-style seating area inspired by traditional majlis gatherings. Featuring soft lighting and comfortable seating the space offers visitors a calm place to unwind enjoy conversations and spend time together during iftar suhoor or late-night strolls.

Live Ramadan-themed entertainment will take place throughout the month on the main stage including musical performances using traditional instruments such as oud nay violin harp and full orchestral arrangements. Guests can also enjoy a colourful Tannoura dance performance without any additional charge beyond the entry ticket.

Popular TV personality Maitha Mohammed will host the nightly Akher Kalam show at 11pm until March 18 while Abdulla Esmaeel brings interactive fun with Al Mandoos Live Game Show at 9.30pm across three consecutive weekends starting from the first Friday of Ramadan. Visitors can also look forward to a spectacular drone show lighting up the sky on the first Friday of the holy month.

Adding an interactive twist Global Village is introducing a Ramadan 10000-step challenge available through its official mobile app. Guests who complete 10000 steps in a single visit while exploring the park will unlock exciting rewards making each visit both entertaining and active.

Entry tickets are priced from Dhs25 and the attraction will operate throughout Ramadan at its Dubailand location.
