Tech enthusiasts anticipating the arrival of Google’s next-gen devices might have to wait a little longer. According to recent reports, the launch of the highly awaited Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, Pixel Watch 4, and Pixel Buds 2a could face delays due to ongoing global supply chain disruptions.

While Google is expected to officially unveil the new Pixel 10 lineup during an event on August 20, not all of the products will hit the market immediately. Reports suggest that although the standard Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and Pixel 10 Pro XL models are likely to become available for purchase by August 28, the foldable Pixel 10 Pro Fold and the latest Pixel smartwatch and earbuds might not be on shelves before October 9.

The delay stems from reported difficulties in production and distribution, particularly for the foldable model and wearable devices. This could be frustrating news for those planning to upgrade their tech lineup as soon as the announcement is made. Despite these hurdles, Google has not yet issued an official statement regarding specific sale dates for any of the new devices.

The Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold is already generating buzz due to its anticipated specs. Leaks reveal it might feature a 6.4-inch cover display with an impressive 3,000 nits of peak brightness. Powering the device could be Google’s in-house Tensor G5 chipset based on 3nm architecture, backed by a 5,015mAh battery with support for 23W wired charging and 15W Qi2 wireless charging. An IP68 rating is also expected, making the phone both water and dust resistant.

For photography, the foldable is rumored to pack a triple rear camera setup including a 48MP main sensor, a 10.5MP ultra-wide camera, and a 10.8MP 5x telephoto lens. Selfie lovers may appreciate the presence of two 10MP front-facing cameras — one on the cover screen and another on the inner display.

Meanwhile, the Pixel Watch 4 is also expected to debut alongside these smartphones with improved features, faster charging, and possible launch offers. Pixel Buds 2a are also in the pipeline, although their availability might align with the October timeframe.

With the official launch event fast approaching, potential buyers will be watching closely for updates regarding sale dates and preorder information.
