Google’s highly anticipated Pixel Buds Pro 2 are poised to make their global debut soon, following the successful release of the original Pixel Buds Pro at the Google I/O event in May 2022. According to insider information from social media tipster Dylan Roussel, these new true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds will be available in four fresh colorways, one of which is expected to be a striking Raspberry shade. This announcement closely follows the recent leak of specifications for another Google device, the Pixel Watch 3.
Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 Color Options (Speculated) In a recent post on X (formerly known as Twitter), Dylan Roussel suggested that the Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 will come in four distinct colorways, mirroring the variety offered with their predecessors at launch. The anticipated colors are Haze, Mojito, Porcelain, and Raspberry. Unlike the original Pixel Buds Pro, which debuted in Charcoal, Coral, Fog, and Lemongrass, the new version will not carry over any of these previous shades.
The Raspberry option is notably similar to the pink hue seen in recent leaks of the Google Pixel 9. However, it’s not yet confirmed if these color names are final.
Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 Specifications (Anticipated) Reports indicate that the upcoming flagship TWS earbuds from Google have appeared on the UL Demko certification website, revealing details about the charging case. The case for the Google Pixel Buds Pro 2 is expected to feature the model number GH8TQ and come with a 650mAh Lithium-ion battery, a slight upgrade from the 620mAh battery found in the current Pixel Buds Pro charging case.
Google is expected to unveil the Pixel Buds Pro 2 at the Made by Google event on August 13, where the company is also anticipated to introduce the Google Pixel 9 series and the Pixel Watch
