Fitness content creator Vanshika Khurana has introduced a simple yet nutritious way to satisfy sweet cravings without compromising on health goals. Through her latest social media post, she shared three creative variations of chia pudding that are rich in protein and perfect for guilt-free indulgence.
Each recipe is built on a common chia pudding base made using chia seeds protein powder milk and water. The mixture is stirred well and left to set in the refrigerator for several hours until it thickens into a creamy consistency. This base alone delivers a strong protein boost making it ideal for those following a fitness focused diet.
The first variation is a Snickers inspired chia pudding which blends indulgent flavours with nutrition. It combines the chia base with cocoa powder and layers it with Greek yoghurt and peanut butter before being topped with melted dark chocolate and roasted peanuts. This version offers around 35 grams of protein along with a rich dessert like taste.
The second option takes inspiration from a traditional Indian sweet with a gajar halwa twist. Grated carrot is sautéed in ghee and added to the chia mixture along with saffron infused water crushed cardamom and mixed nuts. The result is a comforting flavour packed dessert with a healthy profile and approximately 33 grams of protein.
The third recipe is an apple pie style chia pudding. Cooked apples with butter and cinnamon are layered with the chia base and finished with Greek yoghurt sweetened with stevia. This variation delivers about 35 grams of protein while offering a warm and familiar dessert flavour.
These recipes highlight how simple ingredients can be transformed into high protein treats that support a balanced lifestyle. However it is important to note that these recipes are based on social media content and individual nutritional values may vary.
