Honor is gearing up to unveil the Magic 7 RSR Porsche Edition, which is expected to be the successor to the Honor Porsche Design Magic 6 RSR. According to leaked information, the upcoming smartphone will feature a 6.8-inch LTPO display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is also rumored to have a quad-curved design for a sleek, modern look.
On the camera front, the Magic 7 RSR Porsche Edition is said to sport a triple rear camera setup. The primary sensor is a 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50K sensor, featuring a 1/1.3-inch variable aperture and optical image stabilization (OIS). Accompanying it will be a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a powerful 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens offering 3x zoom, also with OIS support.
For selfies, the phone is expected to house a 50-megapixel AON (Always-On) sensor with a ToF 3D depth camera for enhanced facial recognition. The device may run on Magic OS 9, based on Android 15, and will feature fast charging capabilities, supporting 100W wired and 80W wireless charging.
In terms of battery life, the Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Edition is likely to be equipped with a 5,850mAh battery, providing long-lasting power. Additionally, it will have an IP68/IP69 rating, ensuring protection against water and dust. The device is also expected to support dual satellite connectivity and come with up to 24GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.
The Honor Magic 7 RSR Porsche Edition is set to be launched soon in China as part of the Magic 7 series, joining the Magic 7 and Magic 7 Pro, which were recently introduced in the market.
