The upcoming iQOO 15 and iQOO Neo 11 smartphones are creating buzz in the tech world with leaks suggesting major upgrades in performance, display, and battery capacity. While iQOO has not officially confirmed the launch, reports indicate that both series will introduce next-generation features compared to their predecessors, the iQOO 13 and iQOO Neo 10.

According to leaks from tipster Debayan Roy, the iQOO 15 is expected to feature a 2K LTPO OLED display with slimmer bezels, thanks to the LIPO technology. Under the hood, it is tipped to run on the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 (Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5) processor. The device could pack a triple 50MP rear camera setup, including a periscope telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom, paired with an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and a dedicated display chip. A massive 7000mAh battery with 100W wireless fast charging support is said to power the device, making it a significant leap from the iQOO 13’s 6000mAh+ battery.

Meanwhile, the iQOO Neo 11 lineup is rumored to launch in two versions – the standard Neo 11 and the Neo 11 Pro. The standard model could run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and sport a 1.5K flat OLED screen, while the Neo 11 Pro may feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor with a 2K OLED flat display. Both devices are expected to include a premium metal frame, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and a 7000mAh battery with 100W charging.

The iQOO 15 series may launch in China in October 2025, with the Neo 11 series likely arriving by the end of the year. Fans can also expect higher-end versions like the iQOO 15 Pro or iQOO 15 Ultra to be unveiled alongside.
