iQOO 15 is set to launch in China next month, and pre-orders for the highly anticipated smartphone have officially begun. The company has also teased the handset’s design, giving fans a glimpse of what to expect. The rear panel features a large circular camera island, illuminated with RGB lighting, which enhances its futuristic aesthetic. The overall design of the back panel is said to resemble a floating spaceship, combining sleek glass with premium craftsmanship.
According to official teasers, the camera module is positioned in the upper-left corner of the rear panel, accompanied by a right-angle metal frame and a single button with refined edges. The circular camera island is likely to include upgraded sensors, including a 50-megapixel 3X periscope telephoto camera. The rear panel may also feature a colour-changing effect, shifting from grey to pink depending on the viewing angle.
Benchmark leaks indicate the iQOO 15, potentially model number V2505A, will run Android 15 and come equipped with 12GB of RAM. In Geekbench tests, the device scored 2,360 points in single-core performance and 7,285 points in multi-core performance, slightly below its predecessor, the iQOO 13.
The iQOO 15 is expected to be unveiled in the second half of October and may be accompanied by a Pro or Ultra variant, further expanding the series. Fans can expect a combination of cutting-edge design, advanced camera features, and powerful performance, marking iQOO 15 as a flagship contender in the smartphone market.
