iQOO has officially confirmed the launch timeline for its upcoming flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15 Ultra, which is scheduled to debut in China on February 4, 2026. The Vivo sub-brand announced the date through its official Weibo account, generating strong excitement among tech enthusiasts and mobile gamers. Pre-reservations for the device are already live via the iQOO online store and JD.com, allowing early buyers to secure their units ahead of release and participate in exclusive launch offers.

The iQOO 15 Ultra is positioned as a performance-focused premium device, designed to push boundaries in gaming power battery life and display technology. According to official teasers and trusted industry tipsters, the smartphone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, making it one of the first phones to feature Qualcomm’s next-generation flagship processor. This is expected to deliver a major boost in CPU GPU and AI performance, particularly for demanding gaming and multitasking scenarios.

On the front, the phone is said to sport a large 6.85-inch Samsung LTPO flat display with 2K resolution. The screen will reportedly support 120fps gameplay along with full-scene ray tracing, offering a console-level gaming experience on mobile. To keep temperatures under control, iQOO is equipping the device with its advanced Ice Dome Air Cooling System, supported by a proprietary Q3 gaming chip for sustained performance during long gaming sessions.

Battery life is another major highlight. The iQOO 15 Ultra is tipped to pack a huge 7,400mAh battery, which would be among the largest in the flagship segment. It is expected to support ultra-fast 100W charging, ensuring minimal downtime despite the massive battery capacity. This combination makes the device especially appealing to power users and mobile gamers.

In terms of photography, leaks suggest a triple rear camera setup consisting of three 50-megapixel sensors. One of these is expected to be a telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom and enhanced image stabilisation. For selfies and video calls, a 32-megapixel front camera is likely to be included. Additional features may include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, a dual-axis motor for improved haptics, and capacitive shoulder triggers aimed at gamers.

Design-wise, the iQOO 15 Ultra is expected to launch in bold colour options such as 2077 Orange and 2049 Blue, reinforcing its futuristic and performance-driven identity. Early benchmark leaks indicate the device has already crossed the 4.5 million mark on AnTuTu, underlining its flagship-level capabilities ahead of launch.
