Ingredients:
1 packet chips
1/2 cup milk
6 cheese cubes
2 tsp peri peri masala
2 onions
4 tomatoes
1 capsicum
5 sprigs coriander leaves
2 green chillies
1 tbsp chaat masala
Salt to taste
1 lemon
Method:
- To make the cheese sauce, use a double boiler to melt cheese cubes in milk for 5-7 minutes. Stir in peri peri masala and allow the sauce to cool. Blend the sauce until smooth and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine finely chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, coriander, green chillies, chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice to make the chaat mixture.
