Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan recently opened up about their relationship in a candid conversation where they revealed who first said “I love you” and who would survive a zombie apocalypse. Speaking during a playful interview, the actor couple answered light-hearted questions about their life together, offering fans a glimpse into their chemistry and mutual admiration.

When asked about who confessed love first, Kareena admitted it may have been her, joking that Saif prefers not to embarrass her by taking credit. Saif sweetly added that he genuinely does not remember who said it first, making the moment even more endearing. Their easy banter reflected the comfort they share after years of being together.

The couple also discussed everyday habits, including gifting jewellery. Kareena shared that Saif usually gives her jewellery on birthdays and anniversaries, while Saif explained that he also likes to mark personal achievements with thoughtful gifts. When asked who would survive a zombie apocalypse, both agreed it would be Saif, especially since he has acted in a zombie-themed film. Kareena laughed and said she would rely on him to protect the family.

They further revealed that Saif has a quirky sense of humour, according to Kareena, and that she is the one who usually orders food at restaurants due to her deep knowledge of different cuisines. Saif happily confirmed that he trusts her completely when it comes to choosing dishes for the table.

Kareena and Saif got married in 2012 after falling in love on the sets of the film Tashan. They are parents to two sons, Taimur and Jeh. Saif also has two children, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan, from his previous marriage. Professionally, the couple has shared screen space in several films and advertisements over the years.

On the work front, Kareena will next be seen in Daayra, an investigative crime thriller directed by Meghna Gulzar and slated for release in 2026. Saif Ali Khan is gearing up for his Netflix India action thriller Kartavya, produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and directed by Pulkit.
