Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy Z Fold 6, set to follow the Galaxy Z Fold 5, is slated for unveiling on July 10 at the Galaxy Unpacked event in Paris. Leaked information about this innovative foldable phone has been circulating online in recent weeks. Recently, promotional images of the device, along with those of the Galaxy Z Flip 6, have surfaced. Now, a well-known tipster has confirmed several key specifications and features expected in the Galaxy Z Fold 6.
Expected Features of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 According to a post on X by tipster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd), the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is anticipated to feature a 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X inner display with a resolution of 2,160 x 1,856 pixels, paired with a 6.3-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X outer screen. Both displays are expected to support a 120Hz refresh rate, with the outer screen likely protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
Under the hood, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and run on Android 14-based One UI 5.
For photography enthusiasts, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 is tipped to include a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a 10-megapixel telephoto shooter capable of up to 3x optical zoom.
