Meizu has officially introduced its latest smartphones—the Meizu Note 16 and Meizu Note 16 Pro—in the Chinese market. Both devices operate on the latest Flyme AIOS 2 layered over Android 15 and feature expansive 6.78-inch displays. The Pro variant is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, while the standard model is equipped with the Unisoc T8200 chipset. The Pro version carries a 6,200mAh battery supported by 80W fast charging, whereas the standard Note 16 features a slightly larger 6,600mAh battery with 40W fast charging capability.
Meizu Note 16 Series Pricing and Availability
The Meizu Note 16 Pro starts at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 17,000) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model. The higher-end variants including 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB are priced at CNY 1,699, CNY 1,899, and CNY 2,099, respectively. Available color choices include Cloud White, Light Boat Blue, and Star Chaser Gray.
Meanwhile, the base variant of Meizu Note 16 with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at CNY 799 (around Rs. 8,000). The 8GB + 256GB version is available for CNY 999 (about Rs. 11,000), while the 12GB + 256GB model costs CNY 1,199 (roughly Rs. 14,000). The phone will be offered in Child Red, Rock Black, and Snow White options. Both models are open for pre-orders on Meizu’s official site and will be available for sale from May 16.

The Note 16 Pro features a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution, HDR10+ certification, and a 144Hz adaptive refresh rate. The screen supports up to 4,500 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset paired with the Adreno 720 GPU. It offers configurations of up to 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage.
Camera specifications include a 50-megapixel main rear sensor paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. On the front, the phone has an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Additional features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, and A-GPS support. It comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and boasts IP66 and IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.

For photography, it houses a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel depth camera. Like the Pro model, it includes an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. The phone is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and has an IP65-rated build. It comes with a 6,600mAh battery supporting 40W wired fast charging.
