The upcoming Motorola Edge 70 5G is generating buzz ahead of its anticipated global launch, with leaks suggesting multiple colour options and high-end specifications. According to insider reports, the device could feature 12GB of RAM paired with 512GB of storage, making it a significant upgrade over the Motorola Edge 60.
The new Motorola Edge 70 5G is expected to be a global variant of the Moto X70 Air, which is set to debut in China soon. Early leaks reveal a sleek slim profile, a flat display with a hole-punch selfie camera, and a triple rear camera setup housed in a slightly raised module. Colour accents on the camera rings and a dedicated Moto AI button are also expected.
Insider tipster Paras Guglani shared that the device may come in three stylish shades: Pantone Bronze Green, Pantone Gadget Gray, and Pantone Lily Pad. While the 12GB + 512GB model is currently highlighted, additional variants may be introduced at launch. Pricing is estimated at around EUR 690, roughly Rs. 70,000, though official confirmation from Motorola is still pending.
The Motorola Edge 70 is expected to deliver enhanced performance, running on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Compared to its predecessor, the Edge 60, which featured a 6.67-inch 1.5K display, MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor, 50MP triple camera, and 5,500mAh battery, the Edge 70 promises a more refined design and upgraded capabilities.
With the launch drawing near, fans and tech enthusiasts are keeping a close eye on Motorola for official announcements regarding pricing, availability, and specifications.
