Motorola is set to bring the Edge 70 to India soon, as confirmed by a dedicated microsite on Flipkart. The upcoming smartphone will be available in three color options including green grey and a lighter shade of green, and will feature a sleek 5.99mm slim profile. The handset sports a 6.67-inch pOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate 446ppi pixel density and Super HD resolution, protected by Gorilla Glass 7i.
The Motorola Edge 70 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. It packs a 4,800mAh battery with 68W wired and 15W wireless fast charging support. On the back the phone carries a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 3-in-1 light sensor. For selfies it sports a 50-megapixel front camera. Additional features include an in-display fingerprint sensor face unlock and IP68 + IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.
The teased design shows a metal frame with a square camera module placed in the top-left corner of the back panel while the Motorola branding is centered. Physical controls include a power button and volume rocker on the right side and an unspecified button on the left. Launch details including pricing and availability are expected to be revealed in the coming days. The smartphone was first launched in select global markets in November with starting prices around GBP 700 and color options like Pantone Bronze Green Pantone Lily Pad and Gadget Grey.
