Regular moderate intake has been linked to improved liver enzyme levels and overall liver protection.

Blueberries are another food recommended for liver support. Rich in anthocyanins these small berries are known for their anti inflammatory and antioxidant properties which may help calm inflammation in liver cells and reduce oxidative stress associated with fatty liver disease.

Amla also known as Indian gooseberry is a traditional superfruit valued for its high vitamin C content. It supports detoxification processes in the body and helps combat oxidative damage making it beneficial for improving liver health and metabolic balance.

Avocado though often considered a luxury fruit is packed with healthy fats and glutathione a compound that supports liver cell repair and regeneration. By reducing oxidative stress avocado may help slow the progression of fatty liver and support metabolic health.

The final recommendation combines two kitchen staples turmeric and black pepper. Turmeric contains curcumin a potent anti inflammatory compound while black pepper enhances its absorption in the body.
