Pop sensation Olivia Rodrigo has officially ended her professional relationship with her longtime managers Aleen Keshishian and Zack Morgenroth, both of whom were part of Lighthouse Management + Media. The surprising move comes as the Grammy-winning artist gears up for the release of her much-anticipated next album, which she recently hinted is “coming up very soon.”
According to reports from PrimeTimer, the decision follows a wave of online speculation after Aleen Keshishian liked a social media post that many fans believed was indirectly aimed at Taylor Swift. The post referenced Swift’s recent single “Father Figure,” which some online users have interpreted as a subtle dig at Rodrigo, though neither artist has confirmed any connection. Keshishian’s online interaction quickly caught the attention of Swift’s fanbase, sparking intense discussions across social media platforms.
Despite the chatter, Olivia Rodrigo has chosen to remain silent on the matter, focusing her energy on new music and creative projects. Sources close to her label, Interscope Records, revealed that Rodrigo is currently restructuring her professional team internally rather than rushing to find a replacement management group.
This is not the first time the young artist has made a strategic management change during a pivotal career phase. Before launching her debut world tour, she also separated from manager Kristen Smith, describing it as a necessary “professional reset.”
Now back in Los Angeles after wrapping up her successful Guts Tour in August, Rodrigo is immersed in recording sessions and creative brainstorming for her upcoming album. In a recent appearance on Amex Platinum Presents: There’s Nothing Like It, she shared that being home again has been “grounding” and has given her the space to reflect on her journey so far.
“I’m home now, working on my new album,” Olivia said during the conversation. “It feels amazing to reconnect with myself after so many months on tour. I’ve got something special coming up soon, but I’ll keep that as a surprise.”
Fans are eagerly awaiting more news about her third studio album, anticipating the emotional depth and lyrical maturity that have become her trademark since her breakout debut SOUR.
