Scheduled to be unveiled in China on October 27 at 7 pm local time, the device is set to be introduced alongside the flagship OnePlus 15. Pre-reservations are already live in China on platforms like Oppo e-Shop and JD Mall, allowing customers to secure the phone with early-bird benefits.
Weighing 213 grams, the OnePlus 15R promises a premium design with a metal frame and IP66 IP68 IP69 IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. The phone will be offered in three colours — Black, Flash White, and Quicksilver — and features a vertically aligned ACE branding and a redesigned top-left camera module. The device will also include openings on the top frame for microphones and an IR blaster.
Display-wise, the OnePlus 15R boasts a flat AMOLED screen with a variable refresh rate up to 165Hz, supporting 60 90 120 144 and 165Hz modes. A 1.5K OLED panel from BOE Display is expected, along with in-display ultrasonic fingerprint scanning and eye-protection features.

Battery performance is a key highlight with a massive 7,800mAh capacity and 120W wired fast charging. Wireless charging support is not confirmed for this model.
