OnePlus is gearing up to introduce its highly anticipated Nord CE 5 smartphone in India on July 8 alongside the new Nord 5 and OnePlus Buds 4 true wireless earphones. Ahead of its official unveiling OnePlus has revealed key details about the Nord CE 5’s performance battery capacity camera upgrades and fast charging technology giving fans an early look at what to expect.
According to the company the OnePlus Nord CE 5 will come powered by the new 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex processor paired with a Mali-G615 GPU and advanced LPDDR5X RAM for smooth multitasking and gaming. One standout highlight is its massive 7100mAh battery capacity which supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. The brand claims this can deliver a full charge in just 59 minutes and a quick 10-minute top-up is enough for up to six hours of YouTube streaming. The device will also feature bypass charging support to prevent heat build-up during gaming sessions and the proprietary Battery Health Magic system to manage long-term battery health intelligently.
In terms of cameras the OnePlus Nord CE 5 will sport a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary rear sensor measuring 1/1.95 inches with Optical Image Stabilisation for sharper clearer shots. The camera system will support RAW HDR and Real Tone technology borrowed from the OnePlus 13 flagship series ensuring natural skin tones and vibrant colours. It will also record videos in up to 4K resolution at 60fps and deliver Ultra HDR support for Live Photos.
Availability details confirm that the OnePlus Nord CE 5 will hit Indian stores from July 12 at midnight IST while the Nord 5 model will be available a bit earlier on July 9. All devices including the OnePlus Buds 4 will be sold via the official OnePlus India website Amazon and select OnePlus offline stores.
The OnePlus Buds 4 true wireless earphones will come with an impressive total battery life of up to 45 hours with the case while the earbuds alone offer up to 11 hours per charge. The earbuds will include fast charging intuitive slide gestures for volume control Dual-Device connectivity Google Fast Pair Steady Connect for stable Bluetooth performance outdoors and an AI Translation feature for a seamless experience.
