The much-awaited OnePlus Pad 3 is all set to hit the Indian market this September, as confirmed by the company. After its global debut on June 5, the Android-powered tablet is making its way to India with top-tier hardware and performance features that promise to elevate the user experience. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, the OnePlus Pad 3 is designed for power users and multitaskers.

The tablet will be offered in two configurations — one with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage, and another premium option with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. Buyers will be able to choose between two elegant colour variants: Frosted Silver and Storm Blue. The official pricing for the Indian market will be revealed closer to the sale date, although expectations are that it may align with the global pricing, which starts at $699 (approximately ₹60,000) for the base model.

In terms of specifications, the OnePlus Pad 3 features a large 13.2-inch LCD display with a 3.4K resolution (2,400×3,392 pixels), an adaptive refresh rate that can go up to 144Hz, a pixel density of 315ppi, and peak brightness of up to 600 nits. These display specs ensure a vibrant and fluid viewing experience for entertainment and productivity alike.

Under the hood, the device runs on the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and comes with LPDDR5T RAM and UFS 4.0 storage, offering seamless performance. It runs on OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15, and includes useful multitasking features like Open Canvas.

For photography and video calls, the tablet sports a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. Audio is another strong point, with the Pad 3 featuring an eight-speaker setup along with two microphones for enhanced clarity during calls and content consumption.

The device is compatible with the separately sold OnePlus Stylo 2 and OnePlus Smart Keyboard, enhancing its utility for productivity-focused users. Powering all these features is a massive 12,140mAh battery, which supports blazing-fast 80W SuperVOOC charging — promising minimal downtime.

With premium specs and flagship performance, the OnePlus Pad 3 is expected to be a strong contender in the high-end tablet segment when it officially launches in India this September.
