Oppo appears to be gearing up for the launch of its next-generation F-series smartphones in India, with the Oppo F33 and Oppo F33 Pro expected to debut later this month. While the company has not made an official announcement yet, recent leaks suggest the devices could arrive in the third week of April 2026.
The upcoming Oppo F33 lineup is anticipated to bring noticeable upgrades over the previous Oppo F31 series, particularly in terms of battery performance and durability. The earlier models were known for their large 7000mAh batteries and strong dust and water resistance ratings, and the new devices are expected to build on these strengths.
According to reports, the Oppo F33 and F33 Pro could be priced between Rs 25000 and Rs 35000 in India. This marks a slight increase compared to the Oppo F31 series, which started at Rs 22999 for the base variant, while the Pro version was priced higher for similar configurations.
In terms of competition, the new Oppo smartphones are likely to rival devices in the mid-range segment including offerings from brands like Motorola Redmi and Nothing. The focus is expected to remain on performance display quality and battery efficiency to attract users in this price bracket.
Looking at the previous generation for reference, the Oppo F31 and F31 Pro featured 6.5 inch full HD plus AMOLED displays with a 120Hz refresh rate. Both models included dual rear camera systems led by a 50 megapixel primary sensor along with front cameras tailored for selfies and video calls. They were powered by MediaTek Dimensity chipsets with the Pro variant offering a more advanced processor.
With improved specifications and competitive pricing expected, the Oppo F33 series could strengthen the brand’s position in the mid-range smartphone market in India.
