Oppo is preparing to unveil its next-generation foldable smartphone, the Oppo Find N6, later this month in China alongside the upcoming Oppo Watch X3. Although the company has not yet confirmed the exact launch date, pre-reservations for both devices have already begun through the brand’s official website and major Chinese e-commerce platforms.
Early teasers and reports suggest that the Find N6 will come with upgraded durability, including multiple dust and water resistance certifications. According to company executive Zhou Yibao, the foldable smartphone will carry IP56 IP58 and IP59 ratings, offering improved protection compared to earlier models.
The device is also expected to introduce several artificial intelligence capabilities and support an AI-powered stylus. Photography is likely to be one of the phone’s standout features, as the handset is confirmed to include a 200-megapixel quad rear camera system developed in partnership with Hasselblad.
Meanwhile, newly leaked renders shared by well-known tipster Evan Blass have provided a closer look at the smartphone’s design. The images show the Find N6 in three colour options including black grey and orange. The foldable appears to feature a circular camera module on the back with Hasselblad branding positioned at the centre while the LED flash is placed outside the module in the upper left corner.
The outer display is expected to feature a hole-punch cutout for the front camera and the overall design looks similar to its predecessor, the Oppo Find N5.
Leaks indicate that the Find N6 may feature a 6.62-inch cover display and a large 8.12-inch inner screen, making it one of the bigger foldable devices in the market. Under the hood the phone is tipped to run on the powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and pack a 6,000mAh third-generation Glacier Battery with support for 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
At the same time, Oppo has also previewed the design of the Oppo Watch X3, which appears to retain a circular dial similar to the Oppo Watch X2. The smartwatch features a thick bezel around the display and includes a side-mounted button that allows users to navigate through the interface.
More details about both the Find N6 foldable smartphone and the Watch X3 smartwatch are expected to be revealed as the official launch event approaches.
