Oppo is preparing to unveil its next-generation foldable smartphone the Oppo Find N6 and fresh teasers from a company executive have now highlighted major camera upgrades. The upcoming device is set to succeed the Oppo Find N5 and is expected to introduce significant imaging improvements along with flagship-level hardware.
In a recent update shared on Weibo an Oppo executive revealed that the Find N6 will be the only foldable smartphone to offer a Hasselblad tuned 200 megapixel quad rear camera system. The device is also confirmed to feature Oppo’s proprietary Danxia colour imaging technology previously seen in the company’s Find X series enhancing colour accuracy and dynamic range in photography.
The quad camera module is expected to include a 200 megapixel primary sensor paired with a 50 megapixel telephoto lens a 50 megapixel ultra wide camera and a 2 megapixel multispectral sensor. This marks a clear step up from the triple camera setup found on the Find N5 which featured three 50 megapixel sensors.
Beyond imaging upgrades the Oppo Find N6 is rumoured to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset delivering flagship performance. It may feature a large 8.12 inch LTPO UTG 2K inner display alongside a 6.62 inch cover screen. Battery capacity is tipped at 6000mAh with support for high efficiency power management. Memory options could extend up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of internal storage.
The teaser also hints at improvements to the foldable crease along with the possibility of a Find N6 Satellite Edition launching alongside the standard model. While Oppo has not officially confirmed the release date industry leaks suggest a China debut around mid March.
With a powerful quad camera system Hasselblad collaboration and upgraded hardware the Oppo Find N6 is shaping up to be one of the most advanced foldable smartphones of 2026.
