The much-anticipated Oppo K13 Turbo series, which includes the Oppo K13 Turbo and the Oppo K13 Turbo Pro, is gearing up for its official launch in India after its initial debut in China during July. These smartphones have already caught attention for their advanced thermal management systems and high-capacity batteries. As per new details, the Indian release is expected to take place between August 11 and August 14, and the devices will be made available through Flipkart and the official Oppo India website.
Both models will feature a unique cooling system that blends active and passive solutions to maintain optimal performance even during intensive tasks. The active cooling setup comes in the form of a variable-speed centrifugal fan capable of reaching 18,000 revolutions per minute (rpm). Designed with ultra-thin 0.1mm blades, this cooling fan enhances air circulation while remaining energy-efficient and keeping noise and vibrations to a minimum.
To supplement active cooling, the handsets include a 7,000 square millimetre vapour chamber and an extensive 19,000 square millimetre graphite layer. These components ensure consistent heat dissipation during prolonged usage. Notably, the inbuilt fan system in the K13 Turbo series is rated IPX6 IPX8 and IPX9 for water resistance, adding a layer of durability.
When it comes to power, the devices are equipped with massive 7,000mAh batteries, providing all-day usage for gaming, multitasking, and media consumption. The standard Oppo K13 Turbo will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, while the Pro variant will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, offering users a high-performance experience.
Display-wise, both phones sport a 6.80-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel that offers vibrant visuals. On the photography front, the smartphones include a dual rear camera setup led by a 50MP primary sensor and a 16MP front-facing camera, catering to both photography enthusiasts and selfie lovers.
The Flipkart microsite for the Oppo K13 Turbo series has gone live, confirming the devices’ availability on the platform.
