Oppo is reportedly preparing to launch its new K-series smartphone in India — the Oppo K13x 5G. Although the company has not officially confirmed the launch date, teasers suggest the handset will be available via Flipkart and Oppo’s official store in the near future.
According to a leaked retail box image and a report from 91Mobiles, the Oppo K13x 5G could come with a flat display featuring a centered hole-punch cutout and rounded corners. This visual design appears consistent with the silhouette teased earlier by the brand.
In terms of pricing, the Oppo K13x 5G is expected to fall below the ₹15,999 mark. The previous-generation Oppo K12x 5G was launched at ₹12,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant and ₹15,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model. For context, the standard Oppo K13 5G launched in April in India with prices starting at ₹17,999 and featured the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 SoC alongside a massive 7000mAh battery.
The upcoming Oppo K13x 5G is rumored to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and could house a 6000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging. Camera specifications may include a 50-megapixel primary rear sensor paired with a 2-megapixel secondary sensor, while the front camera is expected to be 8 megapixels for selfies and video calling.
As anticipation builds, tech enthusiasts await the official unveiling of this affordable 5G device which may offer an excellent combination of power, camera performance, and battery life.
