Oppo is gearing up to unveil its Reno 15 series in China on November 17 at 7pm local time (4:30pm IST). The highly anticipated lineup will reportedly feature the same MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset that powered its predecessor, the Reno 14 Pro. According to recent leaks and benchmark listings, both the Oppo Reno 15 and Reno 15 Pro are set to deliver powerful performance, sleek designs, and impressive camera capabilities.

Based on leaked Geekbench scores shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Oppo Reno 15 Pro, listed under model number PLW110, and the standard Reno 15, tagged as PLV110, will use an octa-core ARMv8 processor paired with up to 16GB of RAM and a Mali-G720 MC7 GPU. The devices are also expected to run Android 16 out of the box, signaling Oppo’s push toward next-generation software integration.

While the standard Reno 15 marks a notable jump from the Dimensity 8350-powered Reno 14, the Reno 15 Pro will continue with the same Dimensity 8450 SoC, maintaining high-end performance benchmarks. Early tests show the Reno 15 Pro achieving 1,684 in single-core and 6,738 in multi-core scores, indicating strong multitasking efficiency.

In terms of design and storage, Oppo will offer the Reno 15 in three color options—Starlight Bow, Aurora Blue, and Canele Brown—while the Pro version will arrive in Starlight Bow and Canele Brown. The smartphones are expected to come in configurations starting at 12GB RAM with 256GB storage and going up to 16GB RAM with 1TB internal storage.

The Oppo Reno 15 Pro will reportedly feature a 6.78-inch OLED panel with a 1.5K (1,216×2,640 pixels) resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It may be backed by a large 6,300mAh battery supporting 80W wired and 50W wireless fast charging, ensuring all-day usage with quick power recovery.

Camera specifications are expected to be a major highlight, with the Reno 15 Pro boasting a 200MP main camera, along with two 50MP supporting sensors, and a 50MP front camera for detailed selfies. The smartphone is rumored to feature an aluminum alloy frame, NFC connectivity, and weigh around 205g with a slim 7.65mm profile.

With a mix of flagship features and refined design, the Oppo Reno 15 series aims to continue Oppo’s legacy of blending performance, style, and cutting-edge imaging for modern smartphone users.
