Ingredients for Marinade:
- 1 cup low-fat yoghurt
- 1 Tbsp Bengal gram flour (besan)

- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder

- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 2 Tbsp coriander and green chili paste
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for Satay:
- 1 cup low-fat paneer, cubed
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, cubed
- 1/2 cup onions, cubed
- 1 tsp olive oil
Method:
- In a bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Combine paneer, bell peppers, and onions with the marinade. Toss gently to avoid breaking paneer cubes. Set aside for 25-30 minutes.
- Skewer the ingredients by alternating a bell pepper piece, onion, two paneer cubes, and another bell pepper piece on each satay stick. Repeat for the remaining ingredients.
