Luxury waterfront property Park Hyatt Dubai has confirmed it will pause operations from May 2026 as it moves into the final stage of an extensive refurbishment project. The hotel, located along the scenic Dubai Creek, has long been known for its tranquil setting, lush landscapes, and understated elegance.

This temporary closure is part of a broader redevelopment plan that began in 2021, aimed at enhancing guest rooms, upgrading shared spaces, and repositioning the resort within the larger Dubai Creek Resort destination. While an exact reopening timeline has not yet been disclosed, further updates are expected later in the year.

Rather than completely transforming the property, the renovation will focus on refining and elevating the existing experience while preserving the hotel’s distinctive character and charm that loyal guests appreciate.

During the closure period, several popular dining venues within the hotel will also suspend operations. These include Brasserie du Park, NOÉPE, and The Thai Kitchen, all of which are known for their unique culinary offerings and waterfront ambiance.

Before the hotel closes, guests still have a limited opportunity to stay at Park Hyatt Dubai and take advantage of a special “Stay & Return” promotion. This offer applies to bookings of at least two nights between April 15 and April 30, providing additional perks along with benefits that can be redeemed once the hotel reopens.

For now, visitors can enjoy one last experience of this peaceful retreat in its current form before it undergoes its next chapter and returns with a refreshed appeal to compete among Dubai’s top luxury destinations.
