The upcoming Poco C85 5G is set to debut in India in the second week of December, and the brand has now unveiled new details about its design, colour choices, and performance expectations. A refreshed microsite on Flipkart confirms that the smartphone will arrive in three striking colour variants — Mystic Purple, Spring Green, and Power Black — each featuring a dual-tone finish. The Power Black model will stand out with a gradient Poco logo, while all versions will showcase a vertical branding layout and a water drop-style notch on the front for the selfie camera.

Poco has also highlighted the handset’s slim profile, revealing that the Poco C85 5G will measure just 7.99mm in thickness. The company claims impressive endurance figures, including more than 29 hours of social media usage, over 16 hours of Instagram Reels scrolling, 106+ hours of music playback, and more than 23 hours of WhatsApp messaging. Fast charging capabilities have also been confirmed, with the smartphone expected to charge from 1 percent to 50 percent in roughly 28 minutes. The device will further feature Smart Charging 2.0 with three intelligent power modes designed to extend battery health.

Set for launch on December 9 at 12pm IST, the Poco C85 5G will be available exclusively via Flipkart. The handset is confirmed to pack a 6,000mAh battery and support 33W wired fast charging along with 10W reverse charging. On the back, it will house a square camera module with a dual-camera system, including a 50-megapixel AI-powered primary lens paired with an LED flash.

Rumours suggest that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset featuring two Arm Cortex A76 cores and six Arm Cortex A55 cores, reaching speeds of up to 2.20GHz. It is expected to run Android 16 and sport a 720×1,600 display resolution. One of its memory variants may include 4GB of RAM, offering a smooth and efficient user experience for everyday tasks.
