The upcoming Poco F8 lineup is inching closer to its global debut, and the brand has now unveiled fresh details about the Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra. Scheduled to launch on November 26, the new flagship pair will introduce upgraded display sizes, premium finishes, and powerful hardware aimed at performance-focused users. Poco confirmed that both phones will also feature audio enhancements developed in partnership with Bose.
According to the latest teasers, the Poco F8 Pro will sport a 6.59-inch display, while the Poco F8 Ultra will include a significantly larger 6.9-inch panel. The Ultra variant will be available in Denim Blue and Black, with the Blue model using third-generation nano-tech material for added texture, and the Black edition featuring a refined glass fibre build. Meanwhile, the Poco F8 Pro will arrive in Black, Silver, and Blue finishes, offering a wider colour selection.
The brand has also reiterated that the Poco F8 Ultra will run on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with the VisionBoost D8 processor designed for improved AI acceleration, whereas the Poco F8 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. Both handsets will house Bose-tuned speakers for a more immersive audio experience. The Ultra version is confirmed to feature a 5x telephoto camera, strengthening its flagship camera credentials.
Battery capacity remains one of the series’ highlights, with the Poco F8 Ultra packing a 6,500mAh unit and the Poco F8 Pro equipped with a 6,210mAh battery. Charging specifications haven’t been disclosed yet, but expectations remain high for fast-charging support. The lineup is also strongly speculated to be rebranded versions of the Redmi K90 Pro Max and Redmi K90.
Camera leaks suggest that the Poco F8 Ultra may include a triple 50-megapixel rear setup featuring a main shooter, a periscope telephoto lens, and an ultrawide camera, along with a 32-megapixel front camera. The device is also rumoured to feature an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint reader, a metal frame, and an IP69-rated durable body designed to withstand harsh conditions.
