Poco has introduced a new 64GB storage variant of the Poco M6 5G in India. Initially released in December 2023, the smartphone was previously available in configurations of 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB. The new 4GB + 64GB variant is set to be more affordable than its predecessors. Powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, the Poco M6 5G also boasts a 5,000mAh battery with fast charging capabilities. The phone features a dual rear camera system and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Poco M6 5G 64GB Variant Price in India and Availability The new 4GB + 64GB model of the Poco M6 5G will be available at a price of Rs. 8,999 starting from July 20 at 12am (midnight) IST through Flipkart. Flipkart has also announced a special discount of up to Rs. 1,000 for customers of select banks. The Poco M6 5G is offered in Galactic Black, Orion Blue, and Polaris Green. Previous models were priced at Rs. 10,499 for the 4GB + 128GB variant, Rs. 11,499 for the 6GB + 128GB variant, and Rs. 13,499 for the 8GB + 256GB variant.
Poco M6 5G Specifications and Features The Poco M6 5G sports a 6.74-inch HD+ (1,600 x 720 pixels) display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 260ppi pixel density, up to 600 nits peak brightness, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, and ships with Android 13-based MIUI 14.
The dual rear camera system includes a 50-megapixel AI-enhanced primary sensor and an additional secondary sensor. For selfies, the phone features a 5-megapixel front camera. The Poco M6 5G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W wired charging. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and USB Type-C. The device also features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for added security and a 3.5mm audio jack.
