Realme has officially confirmed that the Realme Narzo Power 5G will debut in India on March 5 at 12pm IST. Ahead of the launch the brand has revealed major specifications positioning the handset as one of the most battery-focused smartphones in its segment. The device will become the second Realme phone to feature a huge 10001mAh battery following the earlier Power series model.
Battery life is the headline feature with Realme claiming extended endurance figures including up to 38 days of standby time. The phone is said to deliver long hours of media playback calling navigation and gaming. It supports 27W wired charging along with 27W reverse charging and bypass charging technology designed to minimise heat during intense gaming sessions. The company states that the device can reach 50 percent charge in just over half an hour.
Under the hood the smartphone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset built on a 4nm process paired with a HyperVision Plus AI chip aimed at improving efficiency and reducing power consumption. The device is claimed to support 90fps gameplay in BGMI offering a smooth gaming experience for mobile gamers.
On the display front the handset sports a 6.78 inch 144Hz HyperGlow 4D Curve Plus screen with peak brightness of up to 6500 nits and support for HDR10 Plus and Netflix HDR. Despite packing a large battery the phone weighs 219g and is marketed as one of the slimmest devices in its battery category. It will be available in Titan Blue and Titan Silver colour options.
For photography the Narzo Power 5G features a 50 megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor with optical image stabilisation and 4K video recording support. The device has also reportedly cleared MIL STD 810H military grade shock resistance tests and holds TÜV Rheinland five star battery certification.
The smartphone will run on Android 16 based Realme UI 7.0 bringing refreshed icons new wallpapers fingerprint animations and features such as the Misty Glass Control Centre and Breathing Dock. Realme has promised three years of Android updates and four years of security patches. AI powered enhancements including AI Hyper Clarity AI Hyper Motion AI Always On HDR AI Smart Reply AI StyleMe AI Edit Genie Instant Clip LightMe lighting effects and Aim Assist for gaming are also included.
With a focus on endurance performance and AI powered features the Realme Narzo Power 5G is shaping up to be a strong contender in India’s mid range 5G smartphone market.
