Realme P2 Pro, the anticipated successor to the Realme P1 Pro, is rumored to be making its debut in India soon. With the model number ‘RMX 3987,’ the upcoming smartphone is expected to offer a range of storage and RAM options to cater to different user needs. Reports suggest that the Realme P2 Pro will be available in two RAM configurations, 8GB and 12GB, along with storage choices of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.
The smartphone is likely to be introduced in two color variants, Chameleon Green and Eagle Grey, appealing to a wide range of aesthetics. The Realme P series, which kicked off in 2024, has seen limited releases so far, with only the Realme P1 and P1 Pro having been launched in the Indian market. The P2 Pro is expected to build on the successful features of its predecessor, the P1 Pro.
The Realme P1 Pro, launched earlier in the year, boasts a 6.7-inch full-HD+ curved OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 950 nits. It features a dual-camera setup, headlined by a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with an ultra-wide lens. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. It runs on Realme UI 5.0, based on Android 14, and is supported by a 5,000mAh battery with 45W SuperVOOC charging.
Realme continues to expand its product lineup in India, with the recent launch of the Realme C63 5G in the budget segment, further solidifying its presence in the competitive smartphone market.
